Context
Waveform answers questions and runs everyday tasks out loud, on a phone that stays in your pocket. The product worked, but every screen had been drawn for eyes first and voice second.
Outcome
We rebuilt the interface around the waveform itself, so the state of a conversation reads at a glance instead of in a paragraph. Onboarding lost two of its five steps and average session length went up.
